Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By connecting a WhatsApp Business Account or Meta Ads account to OmniFlow AI you agree to these Terms and to Meta's Business Messaging and Marketing API policies.
2. Permitted use
OmniFlow AI may be used to automate inbound WhatsApp conversations for businesses, report Meta Ads performance, and submit conversions via CAPI. Spam, mass cold outreach, and violation of WhatsApp opt-in requirements are strictly prohibited.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for collecting valid opt-in from your customers, and for the content of messages sent through your WABA.
4. Service availability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We target 99% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Meta's policies. You may disconnect at any time through the Meta Business Settings dashboard.
6. Limitation of liability
OmniFlow AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date.
