Data Deletion Instructions

How to request removal of your OmniFlow AI data.

Self-service

1. Go to Facebook Business Integrations.
2. Locate OmniFlow AI and click Remove.
3. Meta will notify us via the Data Deletion Callback URL and we will purge your data within 30 days.

Manual request

Email privacy@vendedorgpt.com.br from the address associated with your account. Include your WABA ID or Meta Business ID. We respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• WhatsApp message payloads routed through OmniFlow AI.
• Meta Ads and Pages metadata cached for reporting.
• Authentication tokens and account identifiers.

Callback endpoint (Meta)

OmniFlow AI honors Meta's Data Deletion Request Callback. When you remove the app from your Facebook account, Meta POSTs a signed request to:

https://omniflow.vendedorgpt.com.br/api/meta/data-deletion

We verify the signature, enqueue deletion, and return a confirmation code you can track at /data-deletion/status?code=<code>.
